What a day it was last July 19 at the Mommy Mundo Pregnant Pause Mom Market! The skies outside were certainly gloomy, pouring down heavy rains all day, but inside, our hearts were absolutely full thanks to all of you who braved the weather and dropped by our Stitcharoo Kids booth. Your support truly warmed us up!
The Joy of Connecting
This was our fourth time joining the Mommy Mundo market, and let me tell you, pop-ups are always a whirlwind of hard work. From lugging around countless bags and boxes of clothes, to waking up at the crack of dawn for last-minute preps, it is definitely a marathon! But honestly, every single effort is worth it when we get to connect face-to-face with fellow parents. There is just something incredibly fulfilling about sharing our carefully chosen pieces with you and seeing your excitement. This time around, we also offered bigger discounts than usual, hoping to help more parents save a little extra while still getting quality clothes for their little ones.
Little Compliments, Big Joys
One of the absolute best parts of these markets is hearing your compliments. Getting kilig when parents tell us our clothes are "cute," have "very good fabric," or "feel comfortable" is truly the highlight of our day. And oh, the joy of seeing expecting moms with their beautiful bumps, excitedly anticipating and shopping for their little ones! It truly warms our hearts when those bumps eventually turn into beautiful babies, and we get to see them dressed in Stitcharoo Kids. It is a full-circle moment that never gets old.
Lessons in Love and Labor
Pop-up markets are extra special for me when I get to bring my son along. It is an incredible opportunity to show him firsthand the value of hard work and the importance of chasing your dreams. While running an online business offers so much flexibility, there is nothing quite like the personal connection we build at these pop-ups. It reinforces why we love doing them so much – nothing beats that face-to-face interaction with you, our amazing parents.
High Spirits Despite the Gloom
It has been a pretty gloomy week here in Metro Manila with all the rain, but the love and support you showed us last Saturday have kept our spirits incredibly high. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our latest pop-up a truly memorable and heartwarming experience.
We can't wait to see you all again soon!
